Linkwave is looking for a Bilingual Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager will align the team's efforts with the broader organizational objectives and create a positive and productive project environment.

Your leadership and project management skills will help drive our team's success, enabling us to deliver exceptional results and continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Coordinating with cross disciplinary team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Sales Support

  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Meeting with project stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

Knowledge Requirements

To get to know you better, it would be great if your resume can demonstrate the following experience:

  • A post secondary degree in Engineering or related field of study.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a vital asset.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience with the ability to lead project teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with customer interface skills.
  • Innovative and open-minded to new techniques and technologies.
  • Ability to consistently complete and meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Possession of a valid G class driver's license in good standing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for office-related tasks.
  • Ability to use basic office applications, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat.

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • Experience using Task/Project Management (Asana, Monday.com, etc) software.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
