Linkwave is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. You will be pivotal in creating a productive and positive workplace by ensuring seamless administrative operations, fostering effective communication, and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Seamlessly interface with team members, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills to understand their needs and provide timely updates on office projects.
  • Maintain a team-focused attitude aimed at achieving success and enhancing the overall office experience.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment through strong leadership skills.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills rooted in a solid understanding of administrative processes to address challenges effectively.

Executive Support

  • Perform various office-related tasks, including but not limited to logistics, clerical tasks, project support, marketing support, and sales support.
  • Demonstrate superior time-management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of office projects.

Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Embrace innovation to adapt to new technologies that enhance office management practices.
  • Prioritize teamwork, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to office tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to all teams, assisting with specific tasks related to the successful workflow of all tasks.

Knowledge Requirements

To get to know you better, it would be great if your resume can demonstrate the following experience:

  • Ability to use basic office applications, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Previous experience as an office manager, coordinator, or related administrative role, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to consistently complete and meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of office projects.
  • Possession of a valid G class driver's license in good standing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for office-related tasks.
  • Critical thinking skills foresees problems and solve them and/or comes up with potential solutions.

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • Experience using Task/Project Management (Asana, Monday.com, etc) software.
