Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to help us manage Indoor Wireless Solutions. You will be responsible for our success with Distributed Antenna System, Wi-Fi and Two-way radio projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Identify new sales opportunities and help Business Development team promote new sales

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge Requirements:

Professional, technical or administrative knowledge required to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities.

University degree with focus on electronics/RF engineering is preferred
Project management of business analysis experience. PMP is strongly preferred
Ability to use basic office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook/Email
Adobe Acrobat
Experience managing people or a team
Experience reporting to management

Special Skills/Training/Licenses or Certifications:

Any special skills, training, licenses or certifications needed to perform the job duties. Examples: other languages, special math or writing skills, experience with specific tools, equipment, computer hardware or software, knowledge of special terminology.

A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, B. Sc. or similar is strongly preferred
Excellent customer interface skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong teamwork focus
Innovative and open minded to new techniques and technologies
Attitude focused on team success and improving the customer experience
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Proven experience in project management
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager
Able to complete projects in a timely manner
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel
