Position Summary:

We are looking for an RF Designer to help us manage various design requisitions from all sorts of organizations in North America, spanning In-Building Wireless Solutions, Distributed Antenna Solutions, Wi-Fi, Public Safety solutions and beyond.

The RF Designer will be responsible for:

Analyzing and reports of RF coverage inside public and private buildings
RF propagation modeling with iBwave software
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards
Working closely with other Engineering and Operations team members related to in-building projects and provide support where required
Optimizations and adjustments of new in-building systems to meet design criteria
Data collection
Troubleshooting of existing systems
Updating and reporting project status
Other tasks as required

Special Skills/Training/Licenses or Certifications:

Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field (or applicable experience totaling 5 years or more as an RF Designer)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong teamwork focus
Innovative and open-minded to new techniques and technologies
Attitude-focused on team success and improving the customer experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Driven, results-oriented with the ability to complete tasks and achieve completion of deadlines
Valid graduated driver's license (G minimum) in good standing
