Alex is the President and CEO of Linkwave Wireless Solutions, where he leads the company with a strong technical foundation built on his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is actively involved in all stages of DAS projects, including development, design, approvals, installation, commissioning, and optimization, reflecting Linkwave's commitment to quality and performance. Prior to founding Linkwave, Alex led national in-building systems development at Wind Mobile Canada (now Freedom Mobile).
Senior Vice President
A graduate of Queen's University's Electrical Engineering program, Castor has dedicated his career to RF engineering and wireless communications. He began in a family-run business delivering communication solutions for the global mining industry, later gaining experience with Canadian wireless telecom operators. As Vice President of Business Development at Linkwave Wireless Solutions, Castor focuses on strategic growth, industry partnerships, and expanding the company's presence across North America, bringing a strong blend of technical insight, leadership, and market-driven vision.
VP, Product & Market Development
Dave is a seasoned and strategic leader with over 35 years of experience in the communications industry, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University. As Vice President of Product & Market Development at Linkwave Wireless Solutions, he leads the innovation, launch, and growth of wireless products and services. His professional background spans product development, technical sales, customer negotiations, and new business development, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Dave is a long-standing member of the Communications Marketing Association and is passionate about delivering reliable, secure, and future-ready wireless solutions aligned with Linkwave's mission.
Regional Manager Western Canada
Based in Western Canada, Robert leads business development and pre-sales support, leveraging a deep technical foundation in RF design and project management. His extensive career spans carrier, vendor, and client-facing roles across Canada and the U.S., where he specializes in crafting strategic partnerships and innovative sales models. He holds credentials in Electronics Engineering Technology from Humber Polytechnic and Management Systems in Advanced Technology from Simon Fraser University. Robert is dedicated to driving emerging wireless technologies that enhance connectivity and provide bespoke solutions for unique client needs. A skilled relationship builder with vast industry knowledge, he effectively bridges complex engineering with sustainable business growth.
VP, Operations
Luca is Linkwave Wireless Solutions' Vice President of Operations and an accomplished engineering leader with over 28 years of experience in RF engineering and wireless network design, integration, and operations. At Linkwave, he ensures operational excellence across complex wireless projects. His career includes advisory roles in network design at DigitalBridge and ExteNet Systems, participation in the launch of Wind Mobile (now Freedom Mobile), and technical and managerial positions with leading mobile network operators such as Motorola SpA, Watanya Telecom Algeria, and TELUS Mobility. Luca holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and is a licensed Professional Engineer with L'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
Manager of Technical Services
A graduate of McMaster University's Engineering Physics program, John began his career by helping to launch ClearNET's iDEN and PCS networks. Since then, he served in various RF Engineering roles at Telus and Rogers, including 10 years as an in-building systems engineer, before joining Linkwave to lead the Technical Services team. John is expert at designing, implementing and optimizing large in-building systems, training and mentoring, and setting the team's technical standards.
Team Leader
Ernesto is an accomplished Telecommunications Project Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering multimillion-dollar projects in complex environments. At Linkwave Wireless Solutions, he leads cross-functional teams, works closely with vendors and clients, and drives process improvements to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica "Antonio José de Sucre", bringing strong technical and organizational expertise to his leadership role.
Team Leader
Meldon is a hands-on, detail-oriented Team Supervisor with over a decade of experience in telecommunications and quality control. At Linkwave Wireless Solutions, he leads the Field Services Team, managing resources, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and service quality standards. His professional background includes DAS design, commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance for both cellular and public safety radio systems. Meldon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Central Philippine University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Wireless Telecommunications from Humber College, earned with Honours.
